Gonna brag on my girl here

Huxrin designed & stitched this herself as a Christmas gift for her boyfriend. She used a mix of metallic and embroidery floss to capture the iridescence on the feathers. It's all freehand sort of stitches - she outlined it in pencil on the fabric and then filled in. I think it's beautiful and at least I got a photo before she framed and gave it away!
