Fandom: Fallout 3
Subject: General / Post-Apocalyptic
Title: Bullets, Beans & Band-Aids
Warnings: There's an occasional bad word in there, but for the most part, it's clean.
Notes: My third and possibly final Fallout 3 fanmix, this one includes some moment-of-the-disaster tracks as well.
The Sun is Burning - Simon & Garfunkel
Now the sun is sinking low
Children playing know it's time to go
High above a spot appears
A little blossom blooms and then draws near
And the sun is sinking low
Voices in harmony, telling sweetly of a nuclear attack
BioShock OST - The Engine City
Rivet City and the many factories, working and abandoned, across the Capital Wasteland.
Bees - Jared Mees and the Grown Children
Cause it feels like the end
But I now and then overreact
They've been saying that since way back when the moon turned to blood and made rivers all over your back
Survived - now what?
DJ Pretzel - Bubble Bobble Hillbilly Rodeo Remix
Yee-haw! (sheep noises)
Point Lookout - the surprisingly backwater, inbred, scary-hillbilly part of the Capital Wasteland
Rush - The Body Electric
One humanoid escaping
One android on the run
Seeking freedom beneath a lonely desert sun
Trying to change its program
Trying to change the mode... crack the code
Images conflicting into data overload
The Replicated Man story arc
Kareb James, Chey - CHEMICAL LOVE
Caught up in the world
A world of sparks and pain
There's nothing physical
Only live to hurt
One chemical can never be enough
Watch out for those chem addicts!
Guess Who - Hand Me Down World
Anybody here see the noise, see the fear and commotion
I think we missed it
Anybody here see the love, see the hate, the emotion
Don't give me no hand me down shoes
Don't give me no hand me down love
Don't give me no hand me down world
I got one already
Time to scrounge for anything useful or valuable in a damaged world
Weird Al Yankovic - Trigger Happy
Well, you can't take my guns away, I got a constitutional right
Yeah, I gotta be ready if the Commies attack us tonight
I'll blow their brains out with my Smith and Wesson
That ought to teach them all a darn good lesson
Watch out for the gun nuts, too
The Dickies - Gigantor
Gigantor the space age robot,
He is at your command.
Gigantor the space aged robot,
His power is in your hand.
Bigger than big, taller than tall,
Quicker than quick, stronger than strong.
Ready to fight for right, against wrong.
Giant robot Liberty Prime, stomping enemies beneath his mighty metal feet
Screaming Jets - Eve of Destruction
The eastern world, it is exploding
Violence flarin', bullets loadin'
You're old enough to kill, but not for votin'
You don't believe in war, but what's that gun you're totin'
And even the Jordan River has bodies floatin'
Just before the end times
Wallflowers - Everybody Out of the Water
The city's been leveled, the hills are in flames
The streets are cracked open and they're pushin' up clay
The temperature's dropped, the sky is gray
And it ain't even over
Here comes drivin' rain
We have to get to safety

The "Air Raid Siren" track is supplied separately. I had no idea this sound freaked out so many people until I mentioned it, so it's not included on the main fanmix just in case you're one of them.

Model on the "big art" is Josen Tellerman of the Tellerman Legacy. Mushroom-cloud teaser art is from the internet.
The title "Bullets, Beans and Band-Aids" comes from How to Survive the End of the World as we Know It by James Wesley Rawles: the things a person needs most to survive the end times are weapons, food and medical supplies. (This is also a good read to show you just how unprepared the average person is to survive a major disaster.)
